A Personal Note From Amy Childs
There is so much pressure on us mums to be amazing at everything, from hitting the gym during pregnancy to springing back into shape super fast after having our babies. 

The reality is that during pregnancy it is so important, that if you are working out, you are doing exercises that are appropriate and specific to the trimester you are in. 

For me, during my pregnancies I wanted to focus on staying active and keeping fit, but was always mindful of listening to my body and not pushing myself too hard. 

My PT, Katie, is a pre and post natal exercise specialist and has literally trained hundreds of women through their pregnancies and after giving birth. She’s helped me and taught me so much, and I know you’ll feel the same when your follow the plan.
