The reality is that during pregnancy it is so important, that if you are working out, you are doing exercises that are appropriate and specific to the trimester you are in.
For me, during my pregnancies I wanted to focus on staying active and keeping fit, but was always mindful of listening to my body and not pushing myself too hard.
